Ajouter à mes documents favorisLa ville de Strasbourg est à ce jour la seule métropole à avoir signé la charte de l’ANPCEN (association nationale pour la protection du ciel et de l’environnement nocturne). Fortement impliquée dans la maîtrise des nuisances lumineuses sur l’environnement, la Ville fait face à certains obstacles. Au travers de différents retours d’expériences : extinction nocturne d’un parc de centre-ville, réduction de points lumineux dans des sites sur éclairés, mise en place d’éclairage sur détection... ressortent les différentes craintes, attentes, des habitants, élus, techniciens, services de police... envers la lumière ou l’absence de lumière.
