D'ici 2020, de nouvelles obligations réglementaires européennes et françaises vont obliger la maîtrise d'ouvrage publique (collectivités) et privée (industrie et tertiaire) à investir plusieurs millions d'euros pour la mise en conformité de leurs ouvrages d'éclairage et des réseaux. En intérieur comme en extérieur, l'éclairage jouera une place centrale pour les maîtres d'ouvrage, en tant que levier de financement par économies d'énergie ou en tant que dépense inéluctable. Les solutions de financement et les nouveaux modèles économiques pour respecter ces obligations demeurent, eux, plus difficiles à trouver. Avec, à la clé, une problématique : anticiper pour investir durablement.
Les JNL 2016 de l’AFE sont organisées avec le soutien du Syndicat de l'éclairage, du Cluster Lumière et d'EDF.
